...because what's inside counts

If you're a builder, architect or property developer and you're looking for some help to inject a little wow into your projects then that's where I can help. I have over 15 years experience of creating show home spaces from concept to installation.

I will work with you to establish the target market, design the scheme for the whole property, and make use of my many trade accounts. These include kitchens, bathrooms, furniture, lighting, wallpaper and fabric to suit all styles. I will make all the relevant purchases and work with your team to bring the building to life

I help you to attract your target market by creating atmosphere, personality and to...

       inject a little wow!

a converted Victorian property in Sunderland

This was a beautiful Victorian sea front property in Roker, Sunderland which had fallen into disrepair. My client had converted it into apartments and knew that having a show home would help generate sales faster. I created a contemporary styled apartment within the tastefully restored rooms that carefully reflected the target market. The show home sold very quickly allowing my client to move the furniture around the building to attract the market to each apartment in turn.

My client said, "We used Catherine on our show apartment in Roker, what a transformation and an experience!! Catherine provided regular updates, on-site meetings and ongoing discussions to put together an amazing result!! From wall paper to paint colours, to all the furniture and accessories, it was a great experience and it has 100% helped to sell the apartments. I would definitely use Catherine again, brilliant service, thanks for all your help"

a new build in Durham

This generously sized 2 bed apartment in Gilesgate, Durham was a new build property being build by my client. The area typically attracts young families and first timers. I wanted to create a space that would feel welcoming and already like home, that I knew would attract that target market. It sold quickly, along with many of the other apartments. My client was able to sell all the furniture and accessories as an add on package, more than covering his initial layout. I also designed a serviced apartment within the same building for the same client which you can read about here.
